Applied to all transaction offices of APEC VIETNAM nationwide.
In case of discovery of any “fraud” on Quotation that is VND 5,000 higher than listed price by any staff of APEC VIETNAM, please call to Mr. Nam, Cell-phone: 0988771233 for warning the wrong doing. APEC VIETNAM shall punish strictly to the staff at once!
Urgent translation price in English (for urgent demands): + 10%, the service in other languages is as per mutual agreement. For specialized documents (Depending on the depending on degree of specialization of the documents) translation price + 10% - 30 %
For notarized translation, clients have to present the original version or notarial copies. Unless otherwise, the clients shall bear translation price + 30% (notary fee for the documents without original version) (The common documents translated are calculated as per the following standard: English: 350 words/ Page A4, Vietnamese: 400 words / Page A4, all are calculated as per the translation).
The notary service for Bids, financial statements, ………in 100 pages or more shall be freely discharged to notary fee, in 500 pages or more shall be offered from: Free notary fee + discount of 10%.
